You understand that coaching is not medical, psychological, legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice, and no particular outcome (such as visa approval, job offer, or relocation success) can be guaranteed. That said, Expat Utopia may partner with 3^rd parties to provide such services.

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions, and should consult a qualified professional (e.g. lawyer, tax adviser, therapist, doctor, immigration consultant) before making decisions that could affect your legal, financial, or health situation.

5. Booking, cancellations and rescheduling

• Bookings: Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.
• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you will lose your payment and no refund will be issued.
• No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is forfeited and no refund provided.

Expat Utopia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer a new time or a refund if applicable.

6. Fees, payments and refunds

• All fees for coaching services are displayed on expatutopia.com or communicated in writing before booking.
• Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the session start time.
• Refunds are only available for hourly services if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds are given for expat coaching packages, regardless of cancellation timing. You may discontinue any of our services at any time.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, you should contact us within 48 hours so we can review your request.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information when booking or communicating with us.
• Attend sessions on time and in a suitable environment with minimal interruptions.
• Take personal responsibility for implementing any actions or decisions discussed in coaching.

You must not record sessions (audio or video) without explicit written consent, and must not share proprietary materials (e.g. worksheets, frameworks) with third parties without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on expatutopia.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloadable materials, and frameworks, is owned by or licensed to Expat Utopia and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the site and materials for your personal, non‑commercial use only, and you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions, subject to legal and ethical exceptions (such as risk of harm or legal obligations to disclose).
You acknowledge that electronic communication (e.g. email, video calls) entails inherent security risks, and you accept those risks by choosing to use such channels.
